● Completed product assembly according to standardized procedures● Size lens to frames● Check lens powers to make sure they are correct● Polish lenses● Operation of lens cutting machines, and fix machine errors. ● Manually put OSHA required safety stamps on required lenses. ● Recognized and reported defective material and equipment. ● Sandblasting and cleaning of metal parts. ● Assist in the Anti Reflective Coating department. ● Printed job tray slips and put them in the appropriate area in the frame room ● Unboxed lenses. ● Assemble rimless/3-piece frames ● Put rivets in place to hold permanent protective side shields. ● Fix chipped and poorly cut lenses ● Inspected finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. ● Inspects and catalogs all breakage
