I am a mineral explorer with over 25 years of industry experience in multiple jurisdictions and diverse geological settings. I have worked in 18 countries across 5 continents with a strong focus on gold and base metal (Cu, Ni, Zn) exploration in developing countries. I possess a solid track record of discovery – from high-grade gold deposits in the jungles of Indonesia, to copper skarn deposits in the mountains of Laos, to copper oxide deposits in the famous Copperbelt of the Congo. I have accumulated a wealth of experience in exploration project management across Asia, Africa, and South America, and feel that the successful leadership of exploration teams and programs is one of my biggest strengths. I am a passionate world traveler, touching down in over 80 countries worldwide, and an enthusiastic outdoorsman. When not exploring the remote corners of the globe for minerals, you’ll find me hiking in the Southern Alps of New Zealand, climbing active volcanoes in Japan, trail running in the Alaskan bush, or mountain biking in the Western Cape of South Africa.
