Led and executed market access strategies for products or therapeutic areas with a combined annual product revenue > $72 Billion in both the US and globally. My experience spans large chronic and rare disease populations in the following therapeutic areas: autoimmune, cardiovascular, metabolic, nephrology, oncology, inflammation, and respiratory disease. I have been extensively involved in decisions pertaining to product advancement, development, licensing, marketing, and pricing. My access teams have achieved optimal reimbursement times that were 50% faster than industry norms without compromising targeted price. Key payer interactions include: achieving one of the first successful NICE appeals; constructive resolution of functional equivalence challenges with CMS; industry representation on CCOHTA (pre CADTH), NICE, and IQWIG committees; AMCP industry partner award for 6 consecutive years with Pfizer national accounts; and positive ICER reviews of psoriasis and Crohn’s disease.
