Dan has been in the IT industry with Eye-Tech IT for over 7 years and has developed his career from an apprentice to a senior IT engineer role. Dan has managed multiple server installs during his career which included assessing the right solutions for the customers and implementing them on time and to very high standards. Dan is very customer service orientated and always goes the extra step satisfy every need of the customer. Dan has years of experience troubleshooting and installing various different software and hardware within businesses and schools including; Windows Server, Exchange Server, Hosted Exchange solutions including Office 365, Sharepoint, Synology NAS, Backup solutions such as Backup Exec Veeam and AppAssure, Networking, Firewalls.Dan has achieved his MCP qualification in Windows 8 and is currently working towards the Windows Server 2012 qualification.
