I am a PhD student researching the Digitalization journey of small and medium companies with focus on information system integration. I have an interest in digital manufacturing, with experience in using digital tools like robotic simulation and discrete event simulation for decision making. During previous work I was responsible for quality control in Digital Twin, specifically using offline robot programming. Moreover, I have experience working with production SMEs and designing and implementing Lean Manufacturing tools and mentality into the production.My teaching responsibilities include (1) system's engineering and system's thinking; (2) information system's (ERP, MES, PLM); (3) production modelling and optimization.I enjoy exploring and learning new digital tools that have practical use professionally and personally. My skills in programming are especially helpful in customizing these tools to my specific need. I am often in the state of Flow when doing a concrete complicated task, like programming or modelling and highly enjoy these activities.In my spare time I like to do sports, football, cycling, swimming; and to learn new things. My interests include but are not limited to ancient philosophy, psychology, happiness theories, human behaviour theories, and productivity discussions. I read fantasy novels and play chess for fun.
