Establish and maintain relationships with insurance professionals. Point of contact for property owners, fulfill expectations by building the structure back to its original form. Respond to property damage emergency service calls. Manage emergency service crew. Negotiate restoration services and insurance claim settlements. Submit estimates in a timely manner determined by carrier requirements. Report directly to Senior Estimator and to VP of the company.
