I am making my Broadway debut, playing second keyboard at Amazing Grace, 8 shows a week.

I compile the piano-vocal score, streamline operations within the music department, teach music to understudies and swings, play in our Chester pit, and serve as a primary rehearsal accompanist. I also program the keyboards for the pit, prepare orchestra parts, and help our resident music director with any and all music responsibilities, from arranging and transcription work to teaching actors how to play onstage instruments.

I was the head of the drama department, overseeing and accompanying six shows in six weeks. I also taught drama to youngsters as their "junior specialty" activity and gave piano lessons to campers who had to suspend their personal studies for the summer. I also had residential responsibilities, living with and caring for a cabin of seven and eight-year-olds.
