All rigging associated with the installation of new Secondary Superheat elements,installation of new Torque Lugs for the Secondary Superheat Header and Reheat headers. The TorqueLugs were of a design to shift the load from an overhead hanger assembly to a lower support assembly. Ioversaw and coordinated all rigging and final fit ­up of SSH panels and all weld out. Also included in thisproject new installation of roof tubes and roof casing, and water wall work and new penetrations for re-tracks and soot blowers.

As Foreman,Overall responsibilities included coordination of material movement, rigging, fit up and lay out, weld out,QC, and coordinating scaffold requirements for teams in a fast moving and dynamic work environment.Balanced draft included Gas Recirc ducts, gas outlet ductwork, demo and rebuild of lower slope of AirHeater, economizer hoppers, and bottom ash build out, including crushers. Responsibilities included allHot work permitting, air Monitoring, and Lockout tag out permitting.As General Foreman was the first point of contact with Plant operations, engineering and QC. Teamprovided support regarding completion of bottom Ash, initial Re-start up, Blow Down and critical pathrepairs or alterations.
