In 2015, I led TVSA’s turnaround from a small domestic flight training school to a highly successful pilot training centre with VET Student Loans, CRICOS, CASA 141/142 and Chinese Aviation 141 approvals. In this role, I led a team of flight instructors, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff. Our mission? To train and inspire Australia’s next generation of pilots.

Starting as the Senior Network Engineer when I was 18 years old. I was thrown into the deep end and absolutely loved the experience.I had a lot to learn but most importantly had some of the most amazing mentors. Both Rob Dell and Adrian Amore helped me grow in business and most importantly as a person. I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I am today without their advice, mentorship and the opportunity to do what I did at IComm.When I first started at IComm we were dealing in the digital telephony space. We transformed the company and "changed the paint" a few times through the SIP era, and ultimately into the software voice arena with Mitel and Microsoft.I was given the opportunity to represent Australia with the Microsoft Product group in Redmond and from here the idea of cloud based voice was born and the early foundations of PingCo were formed.I remember my interview still to this day where Rob said I was either full of s#@t or I knew what I was doing.... well I can honestly say I didn't entirely know what I was doing but we learnt really quick and built some amazing solutions for our customers and pioneered software voice in Australia.IComm supported the early start-up phase of PingCo and again without their support PingCo wouldn't be where it is today.Changing roles a couple of times from Engineer to Pre-Sales Architect, Sale and completing my time at IComm as their CIO.
