My team of 17 incredibly talented professionals built from the ground up a very comprehensive system for our executives to be able to manage their territories and products. When I started with Starbucks we had about 200 stores and I was instructed to build a system that could grow to 500 stores within 5 years. Funny: we hit 1,000 stores in two years and 2,000 shortly after that.
