• Supervise and perform tasks directly related to the fabrication and erection of pre-engineered structures including steel reinforcement, control of job site deployment of materials and equipment, and coordination of the composition, training and production of crews who fabricate, assemble, erect, position and join structural members and fabricated sections.• Coordinate all phases of construction work including heavy equipment operation/maintenance, surveying and drafting, site preparation / earthwork, concrete and masonry, framing (steel & wood), carpentry, panting, utilities and materials control. • As a Naval Reservist, drill one weekend monthly and two weeks per year to fulfill enlistment contract obligations.• Called up to active duty for a 6-month tour in the Middle East (ISA Air Base, Bahrain, 3/13-8/13). • In charge of a $14M helicopter apron replacement project at the largest Naval base in the world.• Coordinate demolition and crushing of old concrete, subcontracting of electrical, saw-cutting, hammer and hauling services, day-to-day tasking of 30 tradesmen prepping, pouring and finishing 14,000 yards of high-strength concrete, FAR compliance monitoring, safety program management, validation of all change orders, and formal liaison with U.S. Navy stakeholders.• Highlights Include: 1) Managing all facets of the company’s first-ever job as Prime Contractor for a Navy (NAVFAC) project; 2) Oversight of the development and implementation of Atlantic’s Safety Programs for the project; 3) On-time completion of all six phases of the project with zero impact to customer operations; and 4) Winner of three consecutive quarterly Safety & Environmental Conservation Awards from Naval Facilities Engineering Command.

• Joined a local union and completed a 4000-Hour apprenticeship to serve as a Journeyman Carpenter on Bridge and Lock and Dam construction projects, powerplant construction, addition and renovation projects, and as a scaffold assembly specialist.

• Established a general contracting firm to take charge of $3.75 million in new construction work to include a 20,000sf commercial office building for upscale leasing space and a new construction wastewater treatment plant.• Served as project estimator, project manager, and job site crew leader. Completed both projects on time and within budget.• Called up to active duty in May 2015.

• Fulfilled over 7 years progressive experience with a heavy industrial contractor specializing in water treatment and power plants.• Served first two year as Scaffold Erector Foreman for maintenance work at the Homer City, PA coal fired power plant and a new construction for the Seward, PA coal fired plant.• Meritoriously promoted to Project Lead Foreman for the following two years to include the $38M project at the Easton, MD water treatment plant and $42M project at the Elkton, MD water treatment plant. Duties included clearing and grubbing, excavation, structural fill, concrete forming and placement, installation of all process equipment, weldment of stainless steel airlines, and quality assurance oversight of all trade work. Served as formal liaison between customers and engineers.• Concluded tenure with the organization (prior to active duty call-up) as Project Superintendent for four additional water treatment plants to include Onancock, VA ($9.6M upgrade), Remington, VA ($4.7M new construction and upgrade work), McConnelsburge, PA ($4.2M upgrade), and Huntington, PA ($3.7M upgrade). • Executed complete management and supervision of all aspects of construction from pre-job mobilization to final acceptance. Secured all permits, drafted, processed and justified change orders and RFIs, chaired monthly progress meetings, and developed/promulgated master production schedule.

• Started employment in the trades as a builder of log homes at the age of 16. Offered partnership in the business after 3 years.• Worked approximately 20 months for residential mechanical contractor, installing and servicing boilers and gas-fired furnaces in rural Pennsylvania homes. Installed HVAC systems in the evenings while constructing log homes.
