Experienced and results-oriented maintenance and reliability professional with over 20 years of experience as a Red Seal Journeyman Millwright, Machinist, and CWB certified Welder. Transitioning from a successful career in the trades, I embraced a new role in Reliability, gaining valuable insights into maintenance strategies and advanced problem-solving techniques to address recurring issues and prevent future failures. After a 3-year journey in Reliability, I advanced to the role of Maintenance Supervisor. In this capacity, I oversee operations in the Mills refurbishment shop, manage site fire protection systems, and lead a team of PM and PdM technicians. Leveraging my extensive background in maintenance and reliability, helps me better support our team. Whether through troubleshooting efforts, providing RCM tools and techniques to enhance asset reliability, or establish robust M&R goals and objectives, thereby improving asset performance and reliability, while driving down costs.
