Design Project Manager with 40+ years of experience working in the telecommunications industry. Network design engineer using SpatialNet, AutoCAD and Lode Data to design HFC networks, (Hybrid Fiber Coax), Wi-Fi, node splits and drop in upgrade designs as well as plant extensions. In addition to my design work I have spent over 20 years working as a field technician. I started as a installer some 40 years ago as so many of us did. Quickly moving up the construction ladder to splicing and activation. I spent a few years on fiber construction team, primarily as a fiber splicer. My most recent field work has been working with node splits including upstream and downstream sweep and ingress mitigation and working with Head End personal to activate V-Hub (Aurora), TransMax (Arris) FTTx nodes.
