-Assistant event manager for men’s and women’s basketball - input and track work orders for facility improvements -Monitor and perform maintenance of two athletic facilities -Assist with oversight and assigning tasks to student workforce

In this role I am in charge of the defense for the Freshman football team. My responsibilities include:• Using the latest methods and techniques in order to most effectively teach game strategy and necessary skills • Build relationships with players and their families • Ensure the health and safety of players at all times• Teach proper weight lifting habits in order to prevent injuries • Watch game and practice film to look for where improvement is needed • Teach the importance of healthy eating, sleep, and hydration • Serve as a positive role model to all players in the program

• Responsible for recruiting contestants to participate in our in-game contests• Ensure the smooth execution of sponsored in-game promotions • Answer fan questions at information booth and marketing table• Market the team through the distribution of materials to fans such as schedules, ticket information, stadium rental packages, etc • Assist grounds crew in field maintenance • Work in conjunction with press box staff to make sure everyone is on the same page regarding the game day script • Provide a fun and safe experience for fans of all ages • Set up and supervise player autograph table

• In charge of operating the scoreboard for JV/Varsity high school basketball games • Communicate with referees regarding timing, special rules, desired in-game communication methods • Ensure a fair game for all participants through adequate timing of game

This position assists the UConn Events & Facilities Department in meeting its goal of running first-class home athletic events for all of our Student-Athletes, Coaches, Visiting Teams, Students, and Fans alike.Athletic Events & Facilities Student Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:▪ Assisting with setup and breakdown of home Athletic events.▪ Daily facility upkeep.▪ Hosting visiting teams and officials.▪ Working Special Events.▪ Being involved in enhancing our game day experience by establishing excellent customer service toeveryone attending our events.▪ Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.▪ Performing other duties as assigned.•High profile events worked include 2021 Big East Field Hockey Championships, 2021 Women's Volleyball NIVC Tournament, 2022 Big East Track and Field Championships, 2022 NCAA Field Hockey National Championship, 2023 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament, 2023 NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey Regional Final

Assist the varsity football team in various aspects including helping referees with the chains/down marker, helping team statistician record tackles for a post-game report sent out to the coaching staff.

• Officiates little league games using good decision making and judgement• Interacts with players, parents and coaches appropriately• Enforces rules to ensure safety of players • Maintains knowledge of updated rules• Acts as lead or solo umpire in many games• Ran a day long umpire clinic along with the umpire-in-chief for new umpires where I assisted with check-in, distributed equipment, and led a team of 6 new umpires by myself through a day of on field training• 2022 recipient of the Michael Tracy Umpire Award
