Founder of Kingshurst Consulting ltd - Bespoke L&D services specialising in utilising the Insights Discovery model (and wider portfolio).Currently living in wheel position 27 (for those that know) I have extensive experience in applying the entire Insights portfolio, configured into creative solutions, to enable business breakthroughs for clients.I'm a global ‘Train the Trainer’ of the Insights portfolio of psychometric and developmental tools, running accreditation courses and renewal programmes in business with an outstanding track record of customer feedback.I have experience and knowledge of a variety of client industry sectors including engineering, finance, pharma, public sector/social care and health, manufacturing and media. My focus is to devise and deliver L&D approaches to the business issues faced by them. In this I have worked from top level senior management to front line work. I would describe my style as flexible, warm, knowledgeable and authentic with an intuitive ability to respond to the needs of learners in the moment. I focus on creating positive learning climates which enable a growth mindset, open constructive dialogue and personal impact feedback.My background is in psychology and substance misuse work from where I moved into training and facilitation and then into broader corporate business L&D. The common theme I carry is a curiosity and focus on behavioural understanding and change.Fundamentally I'm interested in the way our behaviours impact on ourselves, others and business outcomes whether in teamwork, personal achievement, leadership, influencing, change or indeed just day to day interactions.
