With over 25 years of experience in technology, e-commerce, sales, marketing and communications, I have seen my career evolve from a pure technical role in the early days of .com startups to a digital communications leadership role for a crown corporation that serves Canadian companies globally. In that time I experienced the early days of analytics, websites and technology which morphed into sophisticated solutions in the e-commerce world. Along that journey, driving business results was always the focus. However, along the way it became more and more evident that success was far more fruitful when customer centricity was at the center of that success. Now being responsible for all digital communications to our customers along their exporting journey, I'm passionate about bringing that experience and continuing to put the the customer at the center of what we do.
