Responsible for business analysis, development, and implementation of solutions for the Finance and Payroll departments.• Created a workflow mechanism using notes from out of the box budgeting and planning software that allows users to track the status of budget items and monitor progress. This allowed the company to utilize existing software rather than investing in alternative budgeting solutions.• Implemented a solution to pay vendors by ACH/EFT. Tasks included software installation, data mapping from Sage 500 data to an AP Link file format, documentation of current and future process maps, creation of training material, testing with the bank, and coordinating activities to ensure a smooth transition.• Implemented a new financial reporting package using an Excel Add-in (SEI).
