Managed DIBBS’ daily operations in Reno, Tahoe, San Francisco, Atlanta and Las Vegas to grow DIBBS’ user base. Responsibilities included: hiring and training new employees, directing daily activities, contracting graphic design, monitoring growth of users/traffic in each region, collaborating on DIBBS’ technology with the CTO and CEO, managing DIBBS’ expansion of service into new cities, and overseeing outsourced work to India. I also managed DIBBS’ marketing activities: selling advertisement space in DIBBS, training sales agents (“Marketing Agents”), creating relationships with regional venues/talents, and managing social media marketing/content creation.
