The mission of Brentwood PONY Baseball League is to provide a safe, wholesome environment with a balanced mix of teaching the fundamentals of the game of baseball, how to play competitively, teamwork, sportsmanship, community service and generally conduct themselves with class and respect at all times. We will treat every player, parent, spectator, umpire, coach and manager fairly and equally. Everyone involved in Brentwood PONY Baseball adheres to a Code of Conduct that promotes the well-being and a safe and healthy atmosphere for all.I am currently the Director of Managers and Coaches for a two year term starting in 2013. The Director of Coaches and Managers plans, organizes, and supervises the operation of division play, from the application stage through regular & post-season play. Responsible for the evaluation, selection, and approval of Managers and Coaches for each team, and ensures that they comply with division policy and procedures. Supervises player evaluation days and drafts, develops practice and game schedules, conducts regular manager’s meeting, co-ordinates the post season All Star manager and player selection process, and enforces league rules. Acts as the division representative to the Board of Directors, and liaison to other staff functions, such as Boosters, Publicity, Equipment, etc. Acts as protest committee and rules committee member on an as- required basis.I am also the BLAST 11U White team Manager for 2013 and the Manager of a Shetland 4/5 team and the league Equipment Manager.

The mission of the Oakley Raiders is to provide a premier sports organization in which youth athletes can excel in the fundamentals of football and cheerleading, regardless of participants' size, gender, creed, race or national origin. The Oakley Raiders will promote the progressive development of all youth participants by advancing the techniques of football and cheer while fostering the ideals of integrity, sportsmanship and commitment in order to empower all association members to strive for excellence in a safe and fun competitive environment.

Roofing Division Manager, Estimating Manager for all roofing operations and construction estimating company wide. Responsibilities include management of all daily activities of roofing division and construction estimating employees, work in progress estimates, inventory control, purchasing of materials, vehicles and equipment, enforced company safety program and training of crews. Other responsibilities included estimating work, field survey reports, water intrusion investigations, expert witness testimony, take off bids, bid proposal preparation, oversight of all work in process and project start ups, roof evaluation reports.

Owner of DP Construction Management. Construction Management of all re-roofing, permanent and temporary repairs, shake, composition shingles, including flat and sloped roofing, below grade waterproofing, exterior building component replacement and exterior painting projects. Design of all reroofing and waterproofing projects including initial site inspections, core sampling and testing, repair or replacement recommendations, repair or replacement specifications, written and photographic documentation, CADD details. Bid Packages, contract procurement, Contractor selection and full supervision including material, safety and schedule maintenance, lien releases and Bond certification, on-site supervision and project management including daily construction logs and photographic documentation, project close out including punch list inspections and final inspections. Exterior Component evaluations to determine repair replacement location, repair or replacement recommendations, budget analysis, material specifications, structural analysis, drawings, details and specifications.Water intrusion investigation and waterproofing evaluation with moisture testing, water testing, extensive research and reporting, both written and photographic. Reserve Cost Studies including prioritization of building component replacement and repairs with yearly budgeting. Structural analysis, drawings, CADD details and specifications.
