Responsible for all sheetmetal product quotations using Radan E2i software, customer liason for all technical issues-supporting sales team. Design for manufacture using solidworks, new product introduction including up front production engineering, engineering changes and iso being adhered to for all of the sheet metal side of the business.

Working as part of the engineering team to produce quotations, program cnc punches and laser machines, solidworks use for customer DFM input and NPI.

Design Engineer for Autonimis producing vending machines and drinks chillers using solidworks to model designs that followed through to in house production. Injection Mouldings, Sheetmetal, project managememt including producing technical documentation for shop floor production staff.

Technical sales engineer. Responsible for key account customers, preparing quotations using E2i software. Dealing with all customer liason regarding their account with Broxton.

Design Engineer for industrial vehicle cabs, utilizing Solidworks CAD and Radan CAM. DFM for In house manufacturing.

Part of the engineering team dealing with customer designs and taking them through NPI and into volume manufacturing. Involved in programming CNC machinery (punch and laser) using Radan Cadcam, design of jigs and fixtures.

Fully time served in aerospace engineering. 4 year EITB/Dowty apprenticeship covering all aspects of manufacturing but specialising in fitting and testing of aircraft fuel systems.
