I have over 24 years experience with application development from multiple perspectives – product/program management, professional services, engineering and even a little sales experienced mixed in. I have been in product management the last ten years, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management for cloud-based talent management software company. Prior to that I was a technical Product Manager and Agile Product Owner in charge of SaaS applications focused on HR integration and authentication but even prior to having a title of Product Manager I served as a product owner or creator for licensed and cloud-based applications. In addition I have 10 years experience in professional services, hiring and mentoring a team that grew to 28 direct reports and global contractors.
