PROJECT MANAGER;I plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of every project within the company. HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGER:As the company's health and safety officer I'm charged with leading a safe work environment and keeping the company within all state and federal guidelines. As the lead production superintendent I am in charge to complete the following duties on a day to day basis- Skillfully lead, train and equip 165 personnel to perform all required maintenance on 46 A-10, 10 C-130P, and 15 HH-60 aircraft worth $2.2 Billion dollars- Control utilization and security of more than $26 Million in facilities, tools and support equipment- Review and evaluate analysis reports, quality assurance and maintenance trends, and initiate actions to correct systems deficiencies and product improvement- I establish maintenance priorities, ensure effective use of resources which have supported over 50 global engagement missions- Strategically Staff shifts weekly and assure qualified personnel to cover 24/7 operations
