Accessories Flight Superintendent
As a Flight Superintendent, I was charged with many duties to include;- Demonstrated a thorough knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology related to quality assurance programs, and considerable skill in applying this knowledge to the planning and accomplishment of a variety of difficult and complex work assignments- Served as subject matter expert to senior leadership for all project planning and component issues- Performed equipment inspections, special assessments and personnel evaluations to determine quality of maintenance- Results driven - Conducted face-to-face briefings to advise management of evaluation findings, negative trends and corrective actions- Investigated air aborts, in-flight emergencies and ground safety incidents to determine cause- Reorganized forms documentation and Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS) inputs- Trained and certified maintenance personnel to perform assessments and use the automated Quality Assessments Tracking and Trend Analysis program- Provide sound leadership and technical oversight for work center programs associated with business processes, resource requirements and management, organizational analysis, metrics and training to accomplish objectives- Measure/evaluate program accomplishments, effectiveness and compliance with organizational rules and regulations while meeting performance-based objectives and operational requirements for - Administered comprehensive manpower and organizational studies/analyses of functions and work processes and provide basic management consultant capabilities to improve operational effectiveness, resource efficiency, and resource savings- Analyze current business processes to identify ways that technology can be used to improve accuracy and efficiency
