Chief, Human Signatures Branch
CurrentResponsible for leading, supervising and mentoring a 76-member civilian/military/contractor research team consisting of 15 scientific, engineering, and medical AF specialties. Manages a high-visibility $24.5M program of S&T research projects centered on the advanced detection, visualization, and exploitation of human-based measurements and signatures for remote human-focused intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance efforts. Defines and directs program policies, strategic planning, and long range technical objectives. Manages and distributes financial and human resources. Establishes requirements from users and program offices to facilitate transition of technology to AF customers. Plans coordinates and advocates Branch efforts within the USAF and externally to other Government and private sector organizations, nationally and internationally. Serves as technical expert for special projects or case studies.
