With over 37 years of experience in tankers operation and repairs, I am a qualified and reliable Chief Engineer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. I have worked for different companies with high standards of management systems, such as Histria Group, Barclay, Piraeus Greece, Motia Compania di Navigazione, Calisa SPA Genova, and most recently, Beks Tanker Management & Trading S.A.As a Chief Engineer, I have successfully managed the technical operations and maintenance of various types of tankers, including crude oil, product, and chemical tankers, ranging from 35,000 to 80,000 tdw. I have also overseen the handover of ships to new management, ensuring smooth and safe transitions. I have extensive knowledge and skills in marine engineering, including MAN B&W, Hyundai, Sulzer, Wartsila, and MAN engines. I am certified by the Romanian Naval Authority and fluent in English and Italian.
