Dan has worked at Western States Envelope and Label for over 35 years. He has had the opportunity to work in various roles throughout the organization including the day to day operations, Safety Training (Dupont STOP), Leadership Development, Quality as well as overseeing Engineering and Corporate Facilities.Currently Dan is The Director of Manufacturing Operations. In this position he has been able to use all the skills he has gained over the years to work with the 5 facilities improving all aspects of the Manufacturing processes.Specialties: Operational Management, flexographic printing, training and employee development, lean manufacturing, product development, employee engagement, leadership development.
