Responsible for partnering with franchise owners in multiple markets across the US to consult on the opening of restaurants, execution of operations, and people strategies resulting in profitability for both the franchisee and franchisor.

Oversee the operation of Panera’s franchised restaurants in the US and Canada for growth initiatives inclusive of Delivery and Catering. Responsible for being the primary liaison between the Franchisee and the Company, with the objective to maximize sales and return on investment for the Franchisee, while ensuring consistent brand execution in both Delivery and Catering.

Responsible for the launch of small order delivery in over 800 franchise locations in the US resulting in immediate increased comp sales. Responsibilities included: coordination of tech orders and installs, training and execution of local marketing tactics, facilitation and coordination of all training aspects related to delivery operations, coordination through supply chains for product availability, consultation for the promotion of delivery operations managers, and ongoing support with franchise owners and operators to continue the growth of the business segment.
