Primary Responsibilities:Schedule and provide tours to all prospective familiesAttend fairs to promote Timothy ChristianAssist families through the admissions process, collect all pertinent information required for review by the Student Services Team (if applicable)Work closely with GS/MS/HS SST (if applicable) in getting an application through the processWork with marketing department to promote open houses and/or other events which lead to inquiries/enrollmentCoordinate and execute all open house eventsFollow up with families that take a tour, attend an open house, or any other fair or eventAnswer any and all questions asked of a prospective family, or lead them to the appropriate person that would be best to have the conversation with, or find the answer from the best personProvide promotional materials and other communication to area churches and schoolsSecondary Responsibilities:Work with Business Office in setting budget numbers for the next fiscal yearWork with Business Office in getting information from families that apply for tuition assistance that have not inquired about the school

I got churches connected and engaged with activities supporting Elim's mission and vision. I also worked with churches in the area of disability awareness.

I assisted the Guidance Counselors in various projects throughout the year, including scheduling guests to come speak to the students about their individual careers.

I taught Western Civ. and Psychology to grades 9-12, and I taught Physical Education to grades K-8, as well as serving as the Middle School Athletic Director.
