Some of Dan's responsibilities include:• Oversight and ownership of Arcadia's AWS accounts, 1000's of ec2, multi-petabyte s3 data lake • Driving automation of build/deploy and operations of public cloud infrastructure supporting Arcadia's product suite• Securing connectivity across vendor and customer networks to facilitate encrypted data sharing• Managing infrastructure devops and secops teams for for Arcadia's SaaS-based software products• Coordinating solution requirements for custom implementations through collaboration with Sales, Implementation, and client teams• Provide infrastructure security leadership to build and maintain HITRUST and other security frameworks

• Design and optimize ambulatory-focused healthcare technology solutions, improving practice efficiency and application performance and availability• Lead planning, design, and implementation of strategic initiatives including disaster recovery and business continuity plans, IT systems assessments and analysis, enabling organizations to prioritize efforts toward high-impact solutions • Develop and implement hardware and software lifecycle management programs for organizations, maximizing ROI and TCO and reducing unexpected capital expenses• Assess organizational readiness for new IT initiatives and produce IT roadmaps to align technology with short-, mid-, and long-term business objectives• Document and develop technical and administrative security controls, policies, and procedures enabling internal and client organizations to meet and exceed Meaningful Use, HIPAA, HITECH, and local regulatory requirements
