Supervise call center staff.Generate metrics for support performance and report to senior management.Act as tier 2 support for staff.

Work with clients and internal users on internal operations issues, processing daily files, training clients, writing functional specifications, writing client guides, working with vendors, working with credit bureaus, etc.

I supervised the first client-facing PC & Software helpdesk (1996), moved to internal IT, then moved back to Client Services based technology support, having very much missed interacting with clients. I ended up with three main support areas reporting to me, prior to transferring my attention to internal infrastructure improvements. Ultimately an old friend asked me to step out to another organization, but I have nothing but fondness for Fiserv and its extraordinary group of professionals.
