I offer an online Personal Training service, helping people to incorporate healthy habits into their hectic lifestyles. I have over 15 years experience working with city professionals on a 1-1 basis. I’ve seen the huge sacrifices these people make in order to thrive in their careers, sometimes however it’s at the detriment of their own health. It is my job to address that balance and help them improve their health to enjoy the successes.
