This includes key areas:- Listening to customers’ challenges and building a plan with the BT team to achieve their goals. - Quantifying "before and after" Business Impact on their digital sites/apps- Leveraging Competitive Analysis to uncover opportunities to improve SEO and Site Experience by improving Google Core Web Vitals.- Using Customer Journey to improve digital campaign results- Using Traffic Segmenting and A-B Experiment mapping to provide context on friction impacting revenue/conversion.

My responsibilities of building the US Corporate and Canadian markets 600% to a multi-million $, re-occurring annual revenue helped bring the firm to an acquisition by Medina Capital and merged with Cryptzone.
