Dan Richardson is a Senior Associate at Castle Law: California Employment Counsel, PC. Dan brings a board depth of experience to Castle Law. Assist clients with financing transactions by preparing promissory notes and security agreements, reviewing loan documents, conducting due diligence, preparing financing statements, and drafting opinion letters.

Assisted senior counsel in many aspects of litigation by drafting pleadings, propounding discovery, and preparing and arguing motions. Counseled clients on a variety of legal issues including business entity formation, bankruptcy nondischargability, intellectual property rights, corporate governance, security issuance, and contractual disputes. Drafted a wide range of contracts including settlement agreements, work-for-hire agreements, end-user license agreements, and buy-sell agreements.
