Starting my career in Land Surveying in 2001, I began as an instrument man in the field and quickly demonstrated the skills and determination needed to advance. My rapid progression through the ranks led me to fulfill my entrepreneurial dream of founding Eagle Surveying in 2016. From the onset, I envisioned a company that would stand out in the industry by providing first-class customer service and delivering high-quality surveys at reasonable prices.Eagle Surveying began as a modest operation with just 5 employees. Under my leadership and a great team, it has grown into a thriving enterprise with a team of over 40 dedicated professionals and 2 locations. My commitment to cultivating and investing in my team is evidenced by the promotion of all current managers from within the organization. I attribute this success to my commitment to core values by respecting and valuing my employees, consistently reinvesting in the company’s growth and development, and delivering exceptional service to my customers.
