Experienced Branch General for over 14 years gaining the skills it takes, doing what it takes to generate a great team and achieve what others feel can't be done. 8 years as a top sales person for DFS and one of only a handful of people who were senior sales and top in their branch. Number 1 in the Branch for the finance year in sales 4 times in a row before getting the opportunity to show what other talents I have.Previous Top 3 Branch manager for DFS 2016-17 and the most profitable in 2015-16. Manged teams from 4 to 13 and grown into each role as it presents itself. Skilled in all aspects of customer service management, floor management, logistics and all round accomplished sales techniques.In my last year with DFS managed up with a team of my peers, senior leaders, regional manager and directors to change the onboarding of staff and personally wrote the second stage of onboarding to establish the current level DFS expect from its employees at a 'boots on the ground' level. Having experienced all of the above I now enjoy doing what I love which is sales, sales floor management, coaching, contributing to a common goal to be better than we were and find what it takes to evolve with an up and coming brand in Oak Furnitureland....
