Responsible for overall operational leadership, tactical execution, and financial performance of the Aftermarket Services (AMS) Focus Factory. Direct responsibility for providing the vision to develop and execute the following: continuous improvement initiatives, operational planning, turn-around times, product quality assurance, staff management/development, customer satisfaction, and effective communication both within the Focus Factory and with site associates/management.

Responsible for directing the activities of the Production Leads with an emphasis on product quality, on time delivery, and factory production efficiency. Responsible for the support of key business metrics, general housekeeping, and workplace safety.Set the direction relative to manufacturing goals in order to meet production needs and expectations.Identify resource needs, as well as ensure that the production schedule is met.Focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning and ensuring that employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.Responsible for understanding and providing input to capacity planning as customer's production demands fluctuates.Perform annual performance reviews, assure adequate staffing and provide appropriate resources/training to support expected job performance.

Responsible for all operations including fabrication, paint and assembly as well as all machine and facility maintenance. Operations include three shifts of production over the course of seven days per week.

Brillion, Wi

Responsible for daily supervision of up to 60 employees in assembly, paint and fabrication areas. Schedule daily production to meet 5 key metrics: safety, quality, delivery, productivity and 6S. Responsible for continuous improvement of my areas to positively impact the 5 key metrics.
