Oversee manufacturing of 12" Vinyl Records and Compact Discs.Directly manage logistics of manufacturing components.Responsible for royalty accounting.Liaison between the record producers and artists.Ensure proper placement of contractsHuman resource duties included the acquiring of freelance employees.
