Duties include reviewing financials and creating variance reports, working with vendors to accomplish Board approved tasks, preparing specifications and contracts for routine services, bidding services out when necessary to ensure the associations are receiving the proper values on all of their services.- Work with Associations and staff to continue to use new technology and social media while continuing to be the industry leader in all aspects of property management, with a focus on modern tools and technology.
