CircEsteem is a youth development arts organization that strives to connect youth from around Chicago and the world. Our organization uses social circus as a tool to help youth develop social emotional learning skills, as well as unite together with youth from various backgrounds. Since joining CircEsteem in 2016, I have spearheaded a comprehensive evaluation of our programs and philosophy, driving transformative growth. Under my leadership, the organization's budget has expanded from $500,000 to $2.75 million, enabling us to serve over 1,500 youth weekly across the city. Our team has also grown significantly, increasing from 2 full-time employees and a dozen part-time instructors to 28 full-time staff and 20 part-time instructors.I successfully led a transformative capital campaign that raised over $12 million to renovate and restore a historic facility. In this role, I oversaw every aspect of the design and construction process, ensuring that the project not only preserved the building's heritage but also met the needs of our community. The Asian Social Circus Association was founded with seed funding from Cirque du Soleil, in an effort to connect social circuses and arts empowerment programs across Asia and to support the development of new organizations across the continent. Currently developing a grants with FK Norway to support the development of social circus and increased economic capacity of artists in Cambodia and Myanmar. Also currently developing a grant with the World Bank to combat gender based violence and promote gender equality through Social Circus practices. This project will work in the India, Nepal, Bangladesh or Pakistan region.

Red Nose Foundation is an innovative Arts and Education Outreach organization that engages with 300 children weekly, delivering over 75 hours of arts and traditional educational instruction. As a registered non-profit in the USA and a Charitable Foundation in Indonesia, we are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of underprivileged youth.• Co-created the organizations mission and method of service delivery pioneering creative education and advocacy programs like, SEL through Circus Arts, Visual Arts and Applied Science, English Language and Drama, and Red Nose Relief Tours (a humanitarian performance tour through areas recently impacted by natural disasters around Indonesia).• Constructed and guided operations from scratch to a thriving organization with 20+ staff members and two physical site locations serving hundreds of youth weekly.• Managed fundraising campaigns introducing the work of the organization, securing sponsorships from global brands (Nike, Target, USAID, Cirque du Soleil, Mattel, ExxonMobil, IKEA) raising funds for educational and social programs benefiting over 100,000 youth.• Established and maintained relationships with diverse stakeholders, including international corporate partners, local governments, and NGOs, to enhance program impact and operational success.• Advocated for equity and social impact, creating inclusive programs focused on the protection and empowerment of vulnerable children in Indonesia.
