Our organization uses social circus as a tool to help youth develop social emotional learning skills, as well as unite together with youth from various backgrounds. Since joining CircEsteem in 2016, I have spearheaded a comprehensive evaluation of our programs and philosophy, driving transformative growth. Under my leadership, the organization's budget has expanded from $500,000 to $2.75 million, enabling us to serve over 1,500 youth weekly across the city. Our team has also grown significantly, increasing from 2 full-time employees and a dozen part-time instructors to 28 full-time staff and 20 part-time instructors.I successfully led a transformative capital campaign that raised over $12 million to renovate and restore a historic facility. In this role, I oversaw every aspect of the design and construction process, ensuring that the project not only preserved the building's heritage but also met the needs of our community.
