Develop associated co-investment program for reinsurance. • Multi-asset credit – develop a credit “CIO” office capabity in multi-asset credit for optimizing credit allocations across institutional (non-insurance), Insurance (Solvency II, NAIC, BMA) as well Retail channels and launch related fund products. Associated multi-asset credit engine to power insurance balance sheets related to the above Reinsurance business as well as launch Institutional and Retail fund products and client solutions optimized by quant and qualitative asset allocation methodologies wherever excess spread per unit of risk resides across global liquid / illiquid, structured / corporate or developed / emerging markets credit and real assets. Key challenger product development to non-traded BDCs and Real Estate Investment Trusts. Global investment committee chair and lead on investor marketing.• Global Head of Loans & CLOs - Responsible for investment across Man's CLO platform and launch related CLO tranche buying business.
