About Dan Rodriguez

Dan has over 25 years of experience in the Staffing & Recruiting industry, including 20+ years in executive leadership. Dan is currently the Chairman of the Board at NextPath Career Partners and a Board Member of the Addmore Group. Earlier in his career, Dan founded Veredus Corporation, an IT staffing company. Founded in late 2000 the company grew to over 100m in revenue with offices all across the US. The company’s growth was fully organic and the company never took on outside capital. Dan had a successful exit in 2014 when Veredus was acquired by a 6B staffing firm based in the UK. Dan continued on and ran the US business for 3+ years.Dan is currently on the board of trustees at Metropolitan Ministries and an Ambassador for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. He has previously served on the boards of the Tampa Bay Economic Development Council, University of Tampa, Tampa Bay Tech, the Tampa Museum of Art, and St. Leo University.Dan is a Tampa native and graduate of the University of Florida. He is married and has 3 children.
