I have worked for small, medium and large Construction General Contractors doing healthcare, educational, institutional, restaurant, aviation, multi-family, commercial office, grocery/convenience stores including working on a Presidential Library. I started in the construction business doing commercial estimating, then estimating and managing the work. I have earned a $30,000 bonus for my company doing prison work after completing a project 30 days early and I have worked for companies where I brought my experience with computerized processes in place to estimate, track cost accounting, schedule the work, I have hired staff to help manage both office and field.
