In this contract position I performed a variety of complex business analysis and strategy functions. This often consisted of managing multiple parallel projects including third party negotiations, confidential assignments, high level and detailed requirement analysis, detailed technology analysis, process re design, transition planning, implementation operations support, and training plans. Part of my role was to work closely with Director and VP level resources to design, develop and document core strategy processes to evaluate ongoing operations and to set the foundation for future product development efforts.

I provided Senior Business Analyst support for multiple internal projects including data research, benefit proposals, and feasibility analysis. - Created executive presentations and managed data analysis for a new insurance benefit proposals.- Designed and implemented an analysis request process to increase efficiency and accuracy in the department.- Performed vendor contract analysis to communicate organizational impact and provide financial projections.- Designed and tested a new user interface for an existing database and led educational sessions on the design.- Investigated the financial and organizational impact of internalizing outsourced processes.
