This resulted in cost reduction of nearly 35% in 2012 on supplies and resulting in over $3 million in additional gross profit annually. Increased turns and reduced day’s supply. Successfully renegotiated in 2015 and 2019. Both programs saved expense and labor while freeing up over 2,000 slots.• Exceeded sales expectations in Specialty/Natural Foods; From $16M ’17 to $17.3M ’18 (Increase of 6.89%) to $19M in 2019 (increase of 9.3%).• Negotiated and secured promotional monies from vendors and designed ads around the promotions.• Managed sourcing, negotiation, selection, procurement, and marketing for a broad variety of seasonal imports a year prior to the season. Managed every aspect from import issues, pricing and marketing to final sell-through. • Led key brand management initiatives for certain private label dry grocery items, including new item development, sourcing, pricing, procurement, and marketing. Drove both sales and unit increase of more than 8% every year.
