Managed the Non-IT division for Kforce in Columbus, OH, as well as the Cincinnati, OH market (Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Customer Service). Oversaw training/career development of our dedicated recruiters and account managers, as well as internal hiring. Additionally, developed service and delivery plans in support of organizational strategies and objectives. Further responsibility:- Provided ongoing performance feedback to each team member, both informally and through the formal performance evaluation process.
