Dan Rutkowski has lived and breathed the construction industry since his college years, working as a laborer on construction sites across the Puget Sound region. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a BA in Environmental Design, Dan began cultivating his successful career in commercial industrial construction. Dan’s experience in the business spans over twenty eight years, with the majority spent at one of the largest aerospace manufacturers in the world. His depth of knowledge, attention to detail and unwavering focus on safety has been continually rewarded with Performance Excellence Awards (Gold and Silver) by The Boeing Company and Recipient of Appreciation awards from The Seneca Group, MRM Partners, City of Renton, King County, Sedgwick Rd., and Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union. Throughout his career, Dan has exhibited continual growth and has gone above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations, which in 2015 generated his promotion to Partner. At Schuchart, Dan brings his experience and guidance to the industrial team, focusing on five core areas—labs, clean rooms, machine installation, flight lines and infrastructure. In addition to the industrial team, Dan enriches the rest of the company with his emphasis on precision, strong knowledge of best safety practices and clear client communications. When he is not building incredible structures or working on complex machinery, Dan can be found working on his own home, which he enjoys with his wife and son. He also likes staying active and enjoys fishing, baseball, golfing, and the outdoors.
