CurrentResponsible for managing MidOcean's origination efforts and relationships with deal referral sources and financing partners.MidOcean Partners seeks to make control equity investments in high-quality middle market companies in the Consumer and Business Services sectors. We partner with companies with enterprise values between $100 and $500 million with minimum equity contribution of $25 million, focusing on transformative growth opportunities where MidOcean has significant strategic knowledge. We are currently investing out of Fund VI, a $1.5 billion fund raised in 2023.
