I am an enthusiastic academic leader committed to broad access to Post-Secondary education, with a particular interest in access for students in rural and remote communities.My academic expertise is in statistics and my administrative expertise includes integrated strategic and budget planning, program development, governance, labour relations, statistics, and empowering a team.I enjoy problem solving and building a more accessible and diverse academic environment for students through innovation and through distributed, regionally relevant programming. My colleagues would describe me as an energetic, driven, collaborative and empowering leader, with integrity, courage and a strong work ethic.Currently, I’m seeking opportunities that allow me to work collaboratively with a highly effective team to broaden accessibility and reach of post-secondary education by leveraging modern technology and the power of human led education.I am particularly interested in understanding the evolving needs of today's students, to best shape their post-secondary journey to allows them to develop to their fullest potential.
