Started at Alfield as Materials Manager and progressed into the Operations Manager role within one year.Currently responsible for all operations related functions including Maintenance.All continues improvement functions are always our focus to achieve and exceed our potential and strive for new goals.

Took this challenge to support a growing company which was struggling to improve their Materials functions, was able to improve and mentor the team into an independent work force that enabled me to promote from within. In order for me to return closer to home.

This function gave me the opportunity to support a major project that entailed moving three functioning and operational stamping and assembly plants into a new 800000 sqft facility. Being part of this green field expansion provided me with great expertise to manage plant start-ups and moves.

The major stepping stone of my carrier, starting as a Production Supervisor and progressively moving into a Production Manager role and eventually into taking over the Materials Manager role. Once a flourishing co-operation we managed to reduce and improve all facets of the operation to run very efficiently with focus on Lean and its principles we eliminate all overtime, expedites etc.

Started as Bertrand as an expeditor managing outside vendors and processes, was given the opportunity to take on more by becoming the Shipping Supervisor.
