After fourteen years of continuous employment, my short career break has given me the opportunity to undertake some personal challenges, visit new places, do some study and perform some fundraising work.

Project managed the new Welcome to Yorkshire website, www.yorkshire.com. Working with Bloom's client services team and client side sponsors, I lead the delivery of this extremely challenging project from inception and planning through to development and launch.The site launched at the end of January 2012 and has been positively recognised within the industry.

Oversaw the introduction of Bloom's new senior management team to facilitate the agency's growth plans.Worked with other managers on restructuring programmes and new operational processes.

Held a hybrid role of studio management and project management for a small in-house team of web developers, designers and analysts, and a larger offshore development team.Designed and introduced a robust project management process for all the agency's web projects.Established an excellent track record for project delivery. This sustained and strengthened relationships with clients and made a major contribution to the growth and reputation of the agency.Project managed a significant web rollout for ADT Fire and Security across the EMEA region. - Devised a process for stakeholder engagement and produced all supporting project documentation. This process delivered sixteen localised websites, in eight languages, over nine months across Europe and Middle East Asia. - Managed the development team assigned to the project and identified smart ways to make large volumes of repetitive development tasks faster and more efficient. - The ADT UK site was the first in the world to launch with the new design. It received much acclaim within the global organisation. Aspects of our process were adopted by other ADT regions in a sharing of best practice. Managed numerous five and six figure Ecommerce, CMS and Lead Generation projects for clients including ADT, Anglian Home Improvements, eBuyer, Pickfords, Hoults, Brett Landscaping, Pebble Grey, HD Sports.

Developed ShowsuiteTM, an interactive video based presentation solution to help client sales teams generate new business for their products and services. Wrote the functional and technical specifications and user documentation for the software and developed the application using Macromedia Director and Lingo.Was actively involved in securing new business for the platform. Showsuite was adopted by 3M, Primecare and National Australia Group.

Produced and assisted with over one hundred internal and external communication projects that helped major UK companies influence and inform their stakeholders. I gained valuable experience in events, video, print and new media. I wrote, produced, developed and coordinated on projects for a spectrum of UK business - from Financial Services and Utilities, to Manufacturing and Healthcare.
