I am a self motivated individual and conscientious team player, and I have excellent communication skills. I have experience in teaching, coaching and talking to and dealing with children, teenagers, young adults, parents, coaches and team managers.I have been working with alternative provision learners and those who cannot manage in mainstream schools for the past year, but I have over 10 years’ experience in education. At my present job, I am a SEND Tutor, and work with teenagers with a range of SEMH issues and SEND.
